Personal Foundations of Effective Leadership

Program Format:

If you think Emergence is just about sitting around and listening to lectures, think again. Program sessions are designed to be interactive, participatory, thought-provoking, and applicable. Each week, a specific leadership topic will be the focus of the session and participants will walk away with significant insight related to these leadership fundamentals and will have a better personal understanding of how they can apply them.

Participant Takeaways:

Participants can expect to take away a better understanding of their own personal leadership style as well as the knowledge, confidence, and tools to more effectively lead others.
