Your responses have been submitted to our consultant, Aly Sterling Philanthropy (ASP). ASP will tabulate the results and present them to the Shafer Leadership Academy Board of Directors.
ASP will lead the Shafer Leadership Academy Board of Directors through a strategic planning retreat in December, and your feedback will plan an important role in that process.
After the retreat, our Strategic Plan Task Force will meet with ASP to determine strategic initiatives. Our goal is to have a plan ready for board approval in March.
Our goal is to reveal our next strategic plan at our Annual Report to the Community in early summer of 2019.
