Virtual Programs Manager

About the Position

The Virtual Program Manager will serve as part of Shafer’s Programming Team leading virtual program initiatives. The individual in this role will be responsible for activities related to the development, delivery, and assessment of virtual leadership programs presented by Shafer Leadership Academy. This position initiates both strategic and operational initiatives with the goal of developing more leaders for East Central Indiana and beyond in a remote environment. The individual in this role may also provide career and professional development coaching for members. Attention to detail is a must to ensure all work is accurate and timely.

Anyone performing in this role must have exceptional communication, remote technology and organizational skills and be able to balance numerous tasks at one time.
